Job Description

We are looking for team players who want to create an impact on the employment and employability of jobseekers and working people. As an e2i Specialist, you will be involved in the creation, development, and delivery of integrated job matching and skill training solutions. You will need to equip yourself with a broad knowledge of the industries that are hiring and the upcoming trends in the labour market. Your core responsibilities will include reaching out and working closely with jobseekers and forging strong partnerships with training and community partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new and deepen current partnership opportunities with communities, institutions, and groups to reach out to workers, understanding their career needs and matching them to relevant e2i services and resources.
  • Project manage career initiatives such as organizing job placement events, skills workshops, and employment activities.
  • Provide employment facilitation assistance to jobseekers, including sourcing job vacancies, profiling jobseekers, and referring them to suitable training.
  • Match and market jobs to candidates and candidates to jobs.

Job Requirements

  • Passionate about helping Singaporeans find employment and enhance their employability.
  • Self-initiated to drive process productivity, improvements, and capabilities development.
  • Driven and able to contribute independently while working collaboratively with others.
  • Innovative and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to relate to all levels of jobseekers/working people and cultivate strong relationships with partners.
  • Strong project management skills in conceptualization, implementation, evaluation, and engagement with stakeholders.
  • Experience in business development/project management/programme development will be advantageous.
  • Flexible to accommodate adjusted work schedules, including evenings and weekends when required to serve workers/jobseekers' needs; time off will be offered.

Qualifications

  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
  • Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
