Job Opportunity: Key Account Executive

Adecco is partnering with a Singapore-HQ company led by industry veterans with extensive experience in shipping, logistics, and freight forwarding. We are looking for a Key Account Executive to join their team!

The Role

This role involves managing the order fulfillment process, including handling sales inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating shipment and delivery to customers. It requires liaising with customers, port operators, and customs to ensure smooth shipment planning and clearance.

• Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Location: Central region, Red Hill
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary: Up to $3800 basic

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints using sales/customer management knowledge.
• Gather tariff, rate, cost, and quotation information from agents, vendors, carriers, and airlines, and perform data entry.
• Advise customers on tariffs, rates, costs, and quotations, including eligibility.
• Analyze customer logistics needs to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
• Perform data entry for freight services.
• Manage documentation for shipping activities, transshipment, transloading, and specialized cargo.
• Ensure documentation compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile

• At least 3 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
