[What you will be working on]
- Maximise potential of properties through the formulation & implementation of marketing, estate and asset enhancement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, including marketing and managing agents, valuers, and facilities managers, to increase occupancy, rejuvenate properties & estates, and establish strong relationships with tenants.
- Manage revenue and costs to ensure optimal returns from properties, including setting up and monitoring budgets for the assigned portfolio.
- Review existing policies, contracts, practices, and workflows to:
- Complement efforts to achieve the performance level of the properties;
- Enhance the tenants’ experience;
- Improve the service level agreements with external partners;
- Monitor the performance of external partners effectively and efficiently.
- Resolve feedback and property enquiries from the public, tenants, ministries, and other government agencies professionally and promptly, in the best interests of SLA and the Government.
- Provide administrative support to the Residential Leasing Department by assisting officers with tenancy administration. Duties include:
- Compilation and collation of data for internal reporting.
- Processing invoices.
- Tracking work orders.
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned.

- Relevant experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
- Able to work well independently and in a team.
- Able to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in building and project facilities management or equivalent.
