  • Document Preparation: Assist in preparing and organizing documents for financial planning purposes
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events efficiently, utilizing tools such as Google Calendar to ensure seamless scheduling.
  • General Administration: Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including photocopying, managing office correspondence, and addressing ad-hoc duties as and when required.
  • Data Management: Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs to update, organize, and verify documents, ensuring proper documentation and data accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualifications of GCE A level and local polytechnic diploma
