Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Sales Team with administrative matters.

• Prepare and submit product list and promotional forms in a timely manner.

• Work closely with sales personnel and provide them with updates when necessary.

• Maintain proper documentations and assist in stocktaking.

• Work closely with internal cross function team to ensure smooth delivery.

• Assist Key Account Managers to ensure promotions are planned accordingly and executed timely with respective channels.

• Visit respective outlets and roadshow venues to ensure products are well stocked up.

Requirements:

• NITEC/Diploma holder in any field.

• 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in FMCG or retail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially with good working knowledge on Microsoft Excel.

• Must be able to work in fast paced environment.

• Dynamic, self-driven, motivated and posses a keen attitude to learn and advance.
