About the Role:
As the Head of HR Business Partnering, you’ll be the go-to strategic partner for our business leaders. You’ll translate business ambitions into people strategies that drive impact—from organizational design to leadership development, from culture shaping to embedding modern people systems.
This is not a “support” role. You will lead the transformation of how our business grows through its people. You’ll work side by side with leadership teams, empowering them to build high-performing, values-driven, and globally competitive organizations.
