About the Role:

As the Head of HR Business Partnering, you’ll be the go-to strategic partner for our business leaders. You’ll translate business ambitions into people strategies that drive impact—from organizational design to leadership development, from culture shaping to embedding modern people systems.

This is not a “support” role. You will lead the transformation of how our business grows through its people. You’ll work side by side with leadership teams, empowering them to build high-performing, values-driven, and globally competitive organizations.

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in People/HRBP roles, ideally in high-growth tech or platform businesses.
  • Proven track record of driving org design, cultural change, and exec-level stakeholder management.
  • Business-first mindset with deep people empathy.
  • Exceptional influencing, storytelling, and cross-functional navigation skills.
  • Comfort in ambiguity, velocity, and transformation.
  • Passion for building with heart and hustle.
