Responsibilities

  1. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
  2. Coordinate and administer learning & development programmes, including scheduling, materials, and platform maintenance.
  3. Support the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing and coordination.
  4. Assist with talent management processes such as performance management and development planning.
  5. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  6. Prepare HR reports and contribute to achieving service standards.
  7. Collaborate with HR Business Partners, managers, and other departments.

Requirements

  • Diploma in HR or a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR functions is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
