Job description

Role:

• Responsible for the full lifecycle management of commercial downstream contracts globally.

• Building, drafting, negotiating, approving, and managing these agreements in accordance with internal policies and processes, while proactively mitigating risks.

• Harmonizing the customer contracting experience across company entities, support the contracts team with commercial policies, provide contractual guidance to internal stakeholders within the group companies, and support sales and services campaigns with material-related negotiation expertise.

• Drive the digitalization of contract lifecycle management within the company.

Requirements:

• At least possess of degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in international commercial contracting, a legal environment, or a related role, along with a minimum of 2 years' experience drafting and/or negotiating commercial contracts.

• Customer-focused with strong intercultural understanding, possess diplomacy, negotiation, and persuasion skills, and excel in stakeholder and relationship management, with the ability to reach win-win agreements.

• Able to contribute to international projects and work autonomously.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Google Workspace.

• Intensive traveling is required across Asia Pacific region and Europe occasionally.
