Job description

Our client is a leading provider of cybersecurity and network performance solutions. They are seeking to hire a Business Development & Marketing Manager to join their growing team.

Responsibilities
  1. Business Development:
  2. Engage across Channel Sales, Territory Sales, Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to develop sales strategies, pricing models, launch plans, and partner campaigns.
  3. Manage and report on sales and renewals growth in Singapore.
  4. Research target accounts for outbound campaigns to generate new sales opportunities and grow the sales pipeline.
  5. Follow up on inbound sales inquiries and generate qualified opportunities.
  6. Support regional sales by scheduling meetings and demos with prospects and existing customers.
  7. Assist the Marketing team in promoting webinars and events, including invitations and follow-ups. Participation in events may be required.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
  9. Marketing:
  10. Organize and coordinate events with vendors and internal teams.
  11. Create compelling graphics and content to engage target audiences.
  12. Source creative corporate gifts and event venues for customers.
  13. Manage event budgets, secure funding, and control expenses.
  14. Collaborate proactively with sales and vendors on marketing activities aligned with sales goals.
  15. Conduct outbound telemarketing to invite customers to events and workshops.
  16. Guide junior team members in marketing plan execution and problem-solving.
  17. Manage 2-3 key vendor portfolios to execute marketing activities that enhance brand awareness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-4 years of industry experience in cybersecurity/IT security business development and marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented and focused.
