Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding sea and air freight services / logistics

• Provide quotes and booking arrangements for import and export shipments / logistics

• Prepare and process all necessary shipping documents and ensure it compliance with import/export regulations and permit requirements

• Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process

• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure efficient communication throughout the entire process

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office and experience in logistics / freight-forwarding will be an added advantage
