Job Responsibilities

As a Business Financial Manager (BFM), your role involves sales and marketing of banking products to meet SME financial and investment needs, including commercial property loans, trade facilities, and asset-based financing. Your specific responsibilities include:

• Acquiring new borrowing accounts via cold-calling and referrals
• Providing prudent financial and investment solutions to SME clients
• Establishing and maintaining profitable banking relationships
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies, business processes, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FAA and statutory Acts)

Job Requirements

• Recognized Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Banking & Finance
• Minimum 1 year of credit and marketing experience with local SMEs
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Results-oriented, dynamic, and self-driven
• Ability to engage and manage internal and external clients
