  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role working with digital advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Shopping, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese fluently to communicate with and serve Vietnamese customers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in managing and customizing for a customer base.
  • Ability to take initiative and lead, motivate, and work well with others.
  • Ability to reach out to customers and assist them in adding value to their business.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Excellent creative thinking, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.

In this role, you will work with new customers as they go through a sustainable onboarding period. You will set the idea and the strategy for how products and services will reach users.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a new customer portfolio for six months to set them up for long-term success with their digital advertising journey.
  • Deliver against assigned customer goals while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding onboarding experience
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and program teams to deliver seamless customer handovers.
  • Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships. Tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions and promote other Google products.
  • Provide strategic advice to help our advertisers get the best return on their investment by working closely with them in a consultative role.
