Job Description
Overview of role

As part of the Global Product Stewardship (GPS) team supporting the regional business unit, you will provide regulatory and safety support to enable the launch of multiple innovation and expansion programs across Asia and other regions, working closely with the R&D and commercial teams.

Your team

Located at the P&G Singapore Innovation Center, you will have the opportunity to work with multi-functional teams and externally support P&G representation to government agencies, industry associations, and technical organizations.

How Success Looks Like

Excellent execution and proactive follow-up to ensure that projects are submitted and approved timely are key for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide regulatory assessment and project delivery for selected markets and brands
  2. Lead product registration/notification for the launch of new projects in multiple markets
  3. Execute registration strategies by preparing technical and legal dossiers
  4. Lead regulatory compliance tracking to ensure clarity on compliance status
  5. Leverage internal tools/systems to deliver regulatory assurance
  6. Collaborate with distributors and customers to support regulatory compliance execution
  7. Analyze issues related to regulatory compliance schedules and submission capacity
  8. Work with multi-functional teams to address technical challenges in project execution
  9. Build regulatory expertise across multiple product categories within P&G and across regions
Job Qualifications
  1. Polytechnic Diploma in Science, Engineering, or IT-related fields
  2. 2-3 years of research or regulatory experience
  3. Proficiency with MS Office, basic programming skills, and openness to learning new software/tools
  4. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines
  5. Ability to master artwork process details to support artwork execution
  6. Strong organizational skills for documenting and summarizing data
  7. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  8. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across cultures and levels
