The incumbent will be responsible for implementing and executing HR initiatives for 2 BUs i.e. talent management, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, recruitment & selection, culture, and employee engagement. He/She will be the primary HR interface and partner to provide support to various strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Management

  • Facilitate and monitor HIPO program to ensure all activities successfully implement and roll-out across BUs.
  • Work with business leaders to identify the right project and program
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Talent team to implement and roll out the corporate HIPO programs at the BU.

Learning & Development

  • Identify the common skill and capability gaps for 2 BUs and propose the alternatives solutions to bridge those gaps.
  • Deliver and roll out the approval development programs and activities across BU.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Talent team to implement and roll out the corporate L&D programs at the BU.
  • Create an environment to promote the learning culture and self-learning in BU.
  • Monitor L&D dashboard and provide the insight information and advice to country GMs to take an action.

Performance Management

  • Manage and follow up the performance management cycle process by monitoring and ensuring quality in execution.
  • Work with business leaders to ensure goal-setting processes at the country and function level are well executed and aligned with the SMART goal concept.

Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Develop and roll-out programs and activities to promote and reinforce BU ways of working across the organization and ensure activities are well-implemented in all countries.
  • Develop and roll out relevant surveys to measure employee satisfaction at the right time and right situation and provide the insight report and advise to the senior management.
  • Engage in employee activities to maintain and keep a good relationship with employees. Being the contact point on regional HR matters and a connector between management and employees.

Recruitment & Selection

  • Work with business leaders & HRs to ensure selection process are well-applied and implemented in all countries.
  • Facilitate the selection process for critical positions i.e. Department Manager, General Manager position and other regional position to Country Managers, Business Line Head, Function Leaders, and CEO.

Organization Development

  • Lead in the implementation of approved OD programs and plans.
  • Facilitate the change management process through interaction, communication, and participation in planning and conflict resolution.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR business partner function with 3 years of regional HR exposure.
  • A mature thinking individual, independent and self-motivated.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and highly adaptable.
  • Good liaison and negotiation skills.
  • Has the drive to innovate, do things differently and better with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Able to travel at least 30% of the time across SEA.
  • Familiarity with SAP/Success Factor and knowledge of learning management systems would be an advantage.
