A leading company in the semiconductor industry is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to oversee the sales support team and manage sales contracts and after-sales services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales operations and team management, with a preference for those familiar with the IC semiconductor field.
Job Responsibilities
Be responsible for tracking and managing sales contracts, orders, shipments, payments, and after-sales services.
Be responsible for formulating the work plan of the sales operation team, guiding and supervising the team to carry out their work within internal processes.
Develop and improve the work procedures of the sales operation team.
Daily management of the sales support team: team goal setting, task allocation, progress tracking, risk control, performance communication, talent development.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor's Degree qualification or equivalent, in International Trade, Economics, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred.
More than 5 years of sales operation-related experience and more than three years of sales support team management experience.
Work experience in the IC semiconductor or communications field is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with SAP system is highly preferred.
