A leading company in clinical laboratory services seeks a Sales Executive to establish and maintain accounts while developing strategies to generate revenue. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Marketing or a related field and have at least two years of sales experience in a similar industry. Strong communication skills and a sense of accountability are essential for success in this role.
What this role entails
Establishing new accounts while maintaining existing accounts.
Creates, develops, and implements plans to generate revenue for the Company.
Develops strategies and sets strategic visions within the Commercial team.
Collaborate with the scientific and client service departments to ensure understanding of procedures and laboratory methodologies, aligning them to develop new products or services.
Maintain a professional relationship with clients and respond in a timely manner to any inquiries or urgencies. Recognizes issues that be solved independently and those that may require inputs from other departments.
Undertake any other additional duties required within the Commercial team.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing/ Business or related Science field.
Minimum of two (2) years in outdoor sales in clinical laboratory service or related industry.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of clinical laboratory tests will be an advantage.
Possession of own vehicle will be an advantage
