Job description

FoodXervices Inc is one of the top foodservice distributors in Singapore, servicing over 4800 clients including hotels, restaurants, airlines, cafes, fast food chains, and culinary institutions.

We are looking for a Customer Success Assistant to join our team. 100% work from home.

The ideal candidate should have a personable character and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Advising, promoting, developing, and maintaining the Group’s business, while protecting its reputation and interests.
  2. Utilizing and optimizing all available digital software, including assisting with software implementation, improvement, and training (e.g., Zendesk).
  3. Processing customer orders received via phone and email.
  4. Responding to and following up on customer inquiries via email or phone.
  5. Assessing customer needs to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  6. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  7. Providing timely solutions related to customer transactions.
  8. Suggesting alternative purchase options to prospective customers.
  9. Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experience dealing with 3PL/4PL and export customers is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new systems.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Organized and capable of handling administrative tasks.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Availability to work on Saturdays when overtime is required (alternate weeks).
  • Immediate availability to start work.
