Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth for our cleaning services. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, industry knowledge, and a passion for expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets (commercial, residential, hospitality, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor offerings.
  • Prepare and present proposals, service agreements, and quotations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to develop strategic growth plans.
  • Represent Red Sea Global at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
  • Track sales metrics, generate reports, and meet or exceed set targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, cleaning innovations, and sustainability practices.
Requirements
  • Singaporean
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Not afraid to pickup new skills and venture into different industries and domains.
