The Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) is an integral part of NTU which aims to foster the development of future medical leaders and advance clinical research.

Align with this aim, LKCMedicine and National Healthcare Group (NHG) has jointly set up the Academic Partnership Office (APO), under the Academic Health System (AHS) to better integrate education, research and innovation through the Academic Clinical Programmes (ACPs) to groom the next generation of clinicians.

We currently recruiting a senior administrator, Assistant Director who will join the APO in supporting the management, including Director, APO in managing a team to drive and coordinate a broad range of initiatives and projects of the Academic Clinical Programmes (ACPs) with the ACPs’ stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulating strategies and initiatives to support and strengthen relations across NHG & LKCMedicine
  • Oversee operational plans and workflows, monitor key metrics, and assist in the decision making of strategies and policies
  • Engaging stakeholders of NHG, LKCMedicine and AHS
  • Review collation of required data / outcomes / funding proposals and facilitate regular/timely reporting to management
  • Engage relevant stakeholders to address challenges / barriers and escalate these issues to AHS management when necessary
  • Organizing outreach and publicity platforms to engage the wider community of clinicians and faculty

Requirements:

  • Degree from a recognized university
  • At least 15 years of experience in administrative support in biomedical/clinical/academic environment with at least 7 years in leadership role
  • Strong strategic, analytical, interpersonal, organisation and communication skills
  • Able to manage a team effectively and ensuring that deadlines are adhere to for multiple projects
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse academic, healthcare stakeholders
  • Able to provide recommendations to management, proactive, results-oriented, meticulous but also able to work independently

This is a 3 years contract full-time position.
