Executive (FACILITIES MANAGEMENT), Corporate Governance & Administration
Job Purpose - The Executive (Facilities Management), Corporate Governance & Administration (CGA) will be part of the facilities management team in CGA and will assist in facilities management (including security matters) and equipment/resource management to maintain an optimal office working environment, support Centre renovation work or repair requests, support procurement-related matters to facilitate centralised procurement and bulk purchase, assist in handling insurance matters (public liabilities & motor vehicles), identifying improvement areas in admin processes and providing cluster admin support to increase work efficiency of admin function.

Diploma in Building Management / Facility Management or equivalent with 2-3 years of working experiences in related fields such as facilities management, procurement, project management and office administration. Supervisory experience is an advantage
