Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Review engineering drawings and specifications; design and conduct experiments, calculations, and statistical analysis for new products and processes

• Support and enhance manufacturing and supply chain operations through engineering solutions

• Ensure manufacturing processes consistently meet quality, cost, delivery, and lead time targets

• Troubleshoot production and process issues; redesign processes as needed

• Identify and implement process improvements to meet evolving requirements

• Validate new equipment and materials following IQ, OQ, and PQ standards

• Source and evaluate new suppliers, define specifications, and estimate project costs

Requirements:

• Familiar with manufacturing systems such as CAD, CAM, CAPP, MES, ERP, and technical publications

• Experience with workflow simulation software and robotics (e.g., Flexsim, UiPath)

• Skilled in writing work procedures, workflow instructions, and production processes

• Knowledgeable in statistical process control and other quality/performance control tools

• Ability to implement ISO 13485, GDPMDS, and other ISO standards in existing operations and new business ventures

• LEAN/Six Sigma practitioner

• In-depth understanding of ISO requirements and industry standards

• Knowledgeable in end-to-end processes including technical/material qualification, supplier audits, process qualification, and supply chain logistics

• Resourceful, with the ability to independently conduct research and apply innovative solutions

• Proven project management expertise
