Company Overview:

Our client is a prominent company specializing in the manufacturing and sales of dispensing equipment, systems, and related tools for the mobility industry. The company has experienced substantial growth and currently operates in 14 countries across 34 locations.

Their primary focus is on delivering high-quality products across various sectors, particularly within the automotive industry. They maintain a robust portfolio that includes components for vehicles and machinery, serving notable clients such as major automotive manufacturers.

The team is looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer based in Singapore who is familiar with Vietnamese culture. The ideal candidate should be open to exciting opportunities, including potential relocation to Vietnam as part of the company’s expansion plans, specifically targeting the Vietnamese market.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with agency partners (90%) and end users (10%) to understand their needs and provide support and consultation.
  • Assist in the setup, inspection, and maintenance of dispensers.
  • Offer technical support to agency partners and end-users.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for agency partners and customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for product enhancement or customization.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to agency partners and customers.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Travel internationally to countries such as Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam for approximately 30% of the month.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support engineer roles.
  • Willingness to travel to Vietnam.
  • Open to relocating to Vietnam for future office expansion (note: there is currently no office in Vietnam).
  • Familiarity with Vietnamese culture.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and meet customer requirements.

[ADVANTAGE]

  • Knowledge of dispensing systems or similar products is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Vietnamese for effective communication with Vietnamese-speaking counterparts.
