CRM Insights Analyst

Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
Job Purpose:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support the daily management and enhancement of digital platforms and CRM tools used by our frontline and internal teams. You will play a key role in improving employee workflows and enhancing customer journeys by driving user-centric improvements, coordinating cross-functional projects, and promoting system adoption.
Job Descriptions:
Manage and enhance digital platforms and CRM tools to improve internal processes and client experiences.
Gather, prioritize, and document business requirements by working closely with Sales, Product, Digital, and Technology teams.
Lead platform-related initiatives from planning to implementation, ensuring timely stakeholder communication and change management support.
Monitor platform usage, analyze user behavior, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Prepare and deliver regular reports, dashboards, and insights to assist management decision-making.
Champion platform adoption through user engagement initiatives, training sessions, and ongoing support.
Maintain high governance standards for all system enhancements and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Act as a key liaison between frontline teams, digital teams, and tech support to resolve system issues and deliver a seamless user experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience in platform management, project management, digital banking, or sales enablement roles
Strong background in financial services, preferably wealth management or retail banking
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
Experience in managing digital transformation or customer journey initiatives is a plus
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to synthesize user feedback and translate it into actionable platform enhancements
