About the role
You are responsible for implementing the "Integrated Operations Centre" concept and smart building systems to manage security and FM operations for new MINDEF infrastructure projects, while overseeing Operations Support Information Technology (OSIT) requirements.

What you will be working on

  • Implement Integrated Operations Centre concept
  • Plan smart building systems
  • Manage security operations
  • Oversee Facilities Management (FM) operations
  • Coordinate OSIT requirements
  • Identify and evaluate IT technologies needed for improved workplace liveability

Challenge(s)

  • Managing complex infrastructure projects while navigating technological implementation in a dynamic environment

What we are looking for

  • Education in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, IT Systems, or any related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT systems, building systems, or facilities management is preferred
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Project management abilities
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills
  • Technologically savvy and knowledgeable of the latest and relevant smart nation initiatives
