Job Scope:

  1. Implement individualized therapy and cognitive development plans as directed by the Consultant and Director.
  2. Observe, facilitate, and assess behavioral changes and progress in children.
  3. Document behaviors objectively and organize learning materials in the child's therapy file.
  4. Maintain care, respect, and confidentiality of clients.
  5. Communicate and liaise with parents, teachers, and administrators regarding the children under care.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum 4-year commitment for permanent positions.
  2. Experience managing babies or toddlers is an advantage.
  3. Proficiency in verbal and written English; good phonematic awareness is an advantage.
  4. Proficiency in verbal Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking parents.
  5. Degree in Psychology, Language and Communication, or equivalent is compulsory.
  6. Passionate about working with toddlers and children, especially those with special needs.
  7. Experience with pre-school or primary children is preferred but not mandatory.
  8. Drive and commitment to shaping children's futures.

Job Details and Benefits:

  1. Work 6 days a week; weekend full day work is compulsory.
  2. Salary ranges from $3000 to $3200, depending on experience and qualifications.
  3. Working hours: Weekdays 10am-7pm (may extend by 1 hour occasionally), Weekends 10am-6pm.
  4. Fresh graduates from university are welcome; no prior experience required.
  5. Training and guidance provided.
