Job description

Responsibilities:

• Carry out site survey and investigation of record documents
• Prepare functional and technical feasibility studies
• Develop design proposals and Architectural design brief
• Establish overall master schedule for a building project
• Ensure design is in compliance with all statutory requirements
• Managing design development of the project
• Execute tender procurement
• On-site construction supervision
• Procure statutory compliance for TOP and CSC
• Monitor the making good of defects and final certification
• Responsible to the Project Director, and to mentor Architectural Assistants and Technical Staff

Requirements:

• Highly energetic, motivated, proactive, affectionate and very friendly
• Good eye for details and competent in codes and statutory requirements
• A master of time management
• Minimum Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
• Good knowledge on Construction Contracts
• Experience in working with HDB a plus advantage
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup
