Job description

Our Client is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Nursing Department’s Learning and Development team. In this pivotal role, you will help manage a variety of education programs, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the professional growth of our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Coordination: Oversee and manage nursing education programs, including competency courses, clinical postings, and professional development initiatives.
  • Administrative Support: Assist Nurse Educators with all aspects of program administration, from nominations and registrations to logistical support and record-keeping.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with external vendors, HR, and other agencies to manage sponsorships, agreements, and compliance matters.
  • Financial Management: Handle budget tracking, staff honorarium payments, and external funding coordination.
  • Committee Support: Serve as the secretariat for key committees, preparing minutes and managing audits and submissions.
  • Collaboration: Work with various internal and external teams to ensure training needs and development goals are met.

Additional Duties:

  • Contribute to meetings and special projects for the Nursing Education team.
  • Support the production of nursing communications, e-magazines, and digitalization initiatives.
  • Assist with process improvements and other tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Arts and Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in healthcare or training settings is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and business writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • A positive, adaptable attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset.
