  3. Monitor team performance, conduct regular evaluations, and implement training programs to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  4. Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring compliance with recipes and quality standards.
  5. Maintain inventory levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
  6. Conduct staff training and manage roster scheduling for full-time and part-time employees.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the F&B industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards of customer service.
