Job description

We are seeking a research fellow to join our team in advancing R&D efforts in EV charging and 5G/6G security. The successful candidate will contribute to developing secure infrastructure and resilient communication protocols, leveraging their expertise in system security and large language models (LLMs). The role includes collaborative research with leading international institutions and opportunities to secure competitive external fundingKey Responsibilities:

  • Conduct advanced research in the areas of EV charging infrastructure security and 5G/6G communication protocols, with a focus on emerging threats and system resilience
  • Formulate novel research methodologies and contribute to the development of secure architectures for next-generation mobility and network systems
  • Collaborate with academic and industry partners, including potential joint projects with institutions such as the University of Melbourne, to drive interdisciplinary research outcomes
  • Prepare high-quality research publications and contribute to proposal writing for competitive national and international research grants
  • Support the supervision and mentorship of postgraduate students and junior researchers involved in security-related projects
  • Disseminate research findings through conferences, invited talks, and outreach activities, strengthening NTU’s leadership in infrastructure security R&D
Job Requirements:
  • PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Strong publication record in top-tier venues
  • Experience with LLM-based program analysis and infrastructure security
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively on interdisciplinary research projects
  • Excellent communication and project development skills
