Job Details

• Working hours: 9am-9pm / 9pm-9am (4-day work week)

• Location: West Area

• Salary: Up to S$2900/month

Position

The company is seeking a Temporary IT Support Assistant for a 6-month contract.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, servers, and clinical devices, including troubleshooting hardware and software, installing applications, and maintaining systems.

• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and security issues.

• Investigate and resolve user-reported IT problems efficiently.

• Coordinate with Project Leads on technical tasks and field visits.

• Escalate unresolved issues according to service level agreements and timelines.

• Communicate clearly and promptly with users about incident status and progress.

Job Requirements

• Minimum NITEC or Diploma in IT-related fields.

• Prior experience in IT preferred.
