JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
ADDITIONAL JOB DESCRIPTIONAs the Business Excellence lead, you will be responsible for driving initiatives which help the cloud business and the field organization scale and accelerate business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for process innovation, as well as leading and driving efforts to improve organizational productivity. You will work on initiatives to improve internal processes and partner with relevant parts of the business, systems, and product teams to identify solutions for problems in a scalable way.
