Responsibilities
The IT Business Analyst will be part of the Service Logistics IT team supporting the integration of new sales and managing projects for customer onboarding. This role requires technical expertise and project management skills to ensure successful IT system implementations that meet customer needs.
- Provide system solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Manage and implement projects and change requests related to corporate systems.
- Provide training to AP countries on systems and process deployments.
- Translate functional requirements into system specifications, document EDI specs, and participate in testing and implementation activities.
- Serve as the single point of contact in AP for all training-related implementations.
- Address gaps in AP operations to ensure alignment between systems and operational leads.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to share and develop best practices.
- Lead regional initiatives to deepen understanding of client information, SOPs, and SLAs.
- Provide ongoing operational support, training, and updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with regional teams during implementation to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and quality-standard meeting deployments.
- Act as a training contact for WMS and Technical Services applications on Service Logistics activities.
- Analyze customer requirements, propose solutions, and prepare documentation for regional and country teams.
- Review and validate regional SOWs and country CWIs.
- Update management and sponsors on training progress for monitoring.
- Promote best practices and training consistency across regions.
- Influence decisions and actions of country and functional personnel by providing valuable insights into business processes.
- Manage a matrix team responsible for successful customer logistics solutions.
- Oversee implementation and training planning in countries, focusing on resource and skill development.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Logistics Operations or Project Implementation.
- Preferably 3 years' experience managing regional scope projects.
- Strong understanding of Service Supply Chain management, logistics operations, and IT implementation skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems, warehousing, and transport solutions (preferred).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- Effective communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and intercultural skills.
- A positive attitude and strong team orientation.
- Results-driven, capable of multitasking under stress and tight deadlines.
- Dedicated to customer service, collaborative with other disciplines.
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to handle ambiguity.
- Proficient in SQL, Oracle, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; exceptional PowerPoint and Word skills.
- Ability to analyze problems, set clear goals, and plan effectively.
- Customer-focused, timely communicator, and sound decision-maker.
- Persistent in achieving critical tasks with measurable results.
