The Role
Reporting to Head (Parkway Project Management), the Project Manager will be responsible for the hospitals and medical facilities developments, ensuring that all projects are completed smoothly and on time.
Responsibilities
- Manage the development and construction of all projects from the start to completion
- Plan, schedule and track project timelines/milestones and deliverables
- Handle the project budget and all relevant stakeholders
- Ensure that corporate governance is in place for all procurement related matters
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team, if any
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, documentations etc, and do presentations as and when required
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues and devise contingency plans
- Provide guidance to the project team members and contractors, ensuring that all policies and requirements are adhered to
- Ensure high quality of work standards, with quality assurance and quality control in place. Ensure that every area of the projects are as per specifications and in accordance to relevant standards such as JCI, Safety, Infection Control, Sustainability Management and Quality, etc.

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Architectural / Mechanical & Electrical Engineering/ Civil & Structural, or building related field of study
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in areas of building construction
- Proven track record in strong project financial management skills
- Possess strong organisation and team building skills
