Supply Chain Officer (Aircraft / based in Hongkong)

Job Description:

Responsibilities

1. Place, follow and track orders
2. Manage slow moving stock and stock levels
3. Provide analysis regarding stock level and spares consumption
4. Organize inventory audits
5. Ensure timely delivery of spare parts
6. Retrieve and input data into the database from various sources
7. Synchronize IT systems between different entities & Customer system for inward and outward moving spares
8. Create a database to support operational requirements such as KPI performance clearance, PO/RO tracking, and inventory management
9. Create operational, KPI, and financial reports
10. Maintain database project for ADD clearance
11. Coordinate any IT projects with Head office and Customer and/or its sub-contractor for Customer Support Service
12. Understand commercial and contractual principles
13. Help reach and/or surpass contractual KPIs

Requirements

1. Minimum of 3 years experience in Supply Chain
2. Fluent in English and Chinese; French is a plus
3. Proficient in MS Office and PowerBi
