• Salary up to $6000 + Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

Project Management [ACMV]

• Oversee the design and submission of ACMV equipment, systems, and materials to ensure alignment with technical specifications, particularly in ACMV engineering.

• Plan project costing and develop a master schedule to guide project execution.

• Assess labor requirements and resource needs for construction to ensure efficient project management.

• Manage site activities, including installation, manufacturing, coordination, safety, and testing and commissioning, to meet client requirements.

• Coordinate with LTA, Consultants, Civil Contractors, and System Wide Contractors for the smooth execution of work, including testing and commissioning.

• Lead a team of Site Engineers, Supervisors, and Subcontractors to ensure timely completion of site activities and adherence to deadlines.

• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing the planning, execution, and construction of the project, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

• Define and communicate responsibilities and expectations to the construction team to ensure their objectives and goals align with the business's overall goals.

Project Management [High Tension]

• Develop and ensure the design and submission of electrical equipment, systems, and materials according to technical specifications, particularly in electrical engineering.

• Plan project costing and create a master schedule to guide the project’s execution.

• Determine labor requirements and material resources needed for construction to ensure smooth project flow.

• Manage site activities, including installation, manufacturing, coordination, safety, and testing and commissioning, to meet client requirements.

• Coordinate with LTA, Consultants, Civil Contractors, and System Wide Contractors to ensure proper execution of work, including testing and commissioning.

• Lead a team of Site Engineers, Supervisors, and Subcontractors to ensure deadlines are met and project targets are achieved.

• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing the planning, execution, and construction of the project, ensuring project goals are on track.

• Establish clear responsibilities and expectations for the construction team, aligning their objectives with business goals to ensure successful project outcomes.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate with relevant experience will have added advantage

• Possess Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant study
