Email and Directory Administration:
- Manage corporate email infrastructure to ensure reliable and secure communication.
- Administer directory services, such as user access controls and hybrid Active Directory environments, ensuring secure authentication protocols.
Issue Resolution:
- Handle complex technical challenges efficiently and ensure quick resolution of escalated incidents.
- Conduct root cause analyses for recurring issues and implement preventive solutions.
Vendor and Partner Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cloud service providers.
- Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and oversee service delivery.
Continuous Innovation:
- Stay current with evolving technologies and trends to enhance cloud capabilities.
- Introduce new tools and methodologies to drive innovation and system optimization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Experience with cloud security tools such as AWS Security Hub, Azure Security Center, or Google Cloud Security Command Center.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based Active Directory (Azure AD) and identity protection solutions.
- Proficiency in email protection solutions and technologies, including email encryption, spam filters, and anti-phishing measures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, or relevant security certifications (CISSP, CCSP) are a plus.
