Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct morning facility checks and liaise with external Facilities Management vendors

  • Manage key facility projects and ensure alignment with regional objectives.

  • Optimize workplace experience through continuous process improvements.

  • Handle facility-related financial tasks, including budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor payments.

  • Create and manage purchase orders and goods receipts in compliance with policies.

  • Support financial reporting, cost-saving initiatives, and audits.

  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with workplace health and environmental policies.

  • Collect and report sustainability data (energy, water, waste) for SDG initiatives.

  • Oversee outsourced security providers and vendor contracts.

  • Oversee M&E (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) operations for smooth functionality.

  • Plan space utilization and track occupancy data.

  • Respond to emergency facility issues and manage ad-hoc projects.

  • Organize workplace events, including space setup and vendor coordination.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, M&E, Property, or Facilities Management.

  • At least 3–5 years in facility management, with expertise in CMMS tools and project management.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, financial acumen, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
