In this role, you will:
  • Manage reconciliation and processing of positions related to Corporate Action events.
  • Handle communications, notifications, and postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events.
  • Develop client-specific service solutions while maintaining quality control.
  • Perform multiple moderate-complexity transactions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Minimize risk through adherence to procedures, audit, and control policies.
  • Assess risks appropriately, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, safeguarding Citi’s reputation, and escalating issues transparently.
Ideal candidate skills and experience:
  • 5-7 years relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Deep knowledge of securities processing and hedge fund industry standards.
  • Effective communication with tact and diplomacy, especially for complex or sensitive information.
  • Ability to resolve most problems independently.
  • Some capacity to resolve complex hedge fund activity issues.
