Job description

We are looking for IT Project Manager to join a fast growing FinTech company in Singapore!

The Project Manager will be the vital link between our project delivery capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment of our software features.



Responsibilities:

• Clearly articulates and documents business requirements
• Engages with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing systems
• End to end involvement in project management, monitor progress and ensuring development timelines are met with quality standards implemented
• Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands
• Creating a rapport with the clients and ensure project delivery is accurate as per requirements
• Reviewing and identifying business operational areas/gaps that need improvements and propose appropriate action plans
• Identify potential project risks and its implication to the organization and to recommend mitigating measures so as to manage the risks
• Maintain and develop documentation for responsible area
• Ensure Service Level Agreements for projects and incidents are met
• Develop a high-performance working culture
• Establish and monitor team members KPIs to ensure high productivity and efficiency in the teams
• Able to engage our business users in a positive manner so that project huddles can be overcome and solutions can be implemented

Requirements:

• Min 4 years of experience in project management with proven record in implementing and deploying solutions into production
• Working knowledge in the FinTech domain (Blockchain/Crypto etc) will be an added advantage
