About the role

Watch Club Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Admin Assistant to join our team in the East Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing general office support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining filing systems

  • Conducting research and preparing reports as required

  • Assisting with various ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls and correspondence

  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

  • Proactive and adaptable with the ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • Knowledge of office management best practices
