About the role
Watch Club Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Admin Assistant to join our team in the East Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
Providing general office support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining filing systems
Conducting research and preparing reports as required
Assisting with various ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed
Answering and directing incoming phone calls and correspondence
Maintaining office supplies and inventory
Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role
Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Proactive and adaptable with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Knowledge of office management best practices
