Job Description
The fundamental duties of the Secretary are as follows:

1. Deliver business strategy and marketing recommendations to clients.
2. Identify potential business opportunities for clients such as new ventures, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances, and partnerships.
3. Conduct financial due diligence to ascertain the financial health of companies in terms of potential partners or acquisitions.
4. Perform data analysis and manage P&L statement for clients, including market positioning, customers, financial modelling, and cost-benefit analysis.
5. Develop long-term proposals for potential clients according to their needs (e.g., expansion) across different regions.

Job Requirements
• 2 years or more related experience in Consulting Firms
• Fluent Japanese to communicate with Japanese clients (JLPT N1 or N2 needed)
