Responsibilities:

• Provide support throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and senior management objectives.

• Assist in defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines, working closely with senior management and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Develop detailed project plans, communication documents, and track project progress with regular updates.

• Estimate resources and personnel requirements to achieve project goals, aligning with corporate priorities around safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

• Conduct root cause analysis to identify gaps and inefficiencies, collaborating with leadership to implement sustainable corrective actions.

• Draft and submit budget proposals, recommending adjustments as necessary to meet project needs.

• Coordinate with department managers to secure necessary personnel and resources, making staffing adjustments as the project evolves.

• Set and manage project expectations with team members, ensuring timely resolution of conflicts or issues.

• Identify project dependencies and critical paths, managing risks and resolving conflicts within the team.

• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and documentation, and manage changes to the project scope, devising contingency plans when necessary.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• 2–4 years of experience in a project management role, including process development and execution.

• Strong understanding of business and management principles, such as strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
