Assistant Finance Manager (Consolidation)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee financial reporting for multiple entities within the region to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of consolidated financial reports (under IFRS, J-GAAP), and analysis for each entity, ensuring transparency and adherence to accounting standards.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve overall financial health.
• Understand the businesses' key strategies and provide relevant financial insights that add value to business performance.
• Design and prepare regular and ad-hoc performance reports with impactful data visualizations, along with analyses that link financial reports to business drivers and strategies.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax authorities, to resolve complex problems positively.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Hands-on experience in J-SOX, J-GAAP, and IFRS with international standards would be an added advantage.
• Proven experience handling financial reporting for multiple entities.
