Job Responsibilities
- Centering on the key goals of overseas input methods, formulate product plans, design complete solutions, and be responsible for the product effect goals
- Deeply understand user needs, explore differentiated value points, creatively provide solutions and verify implementation models
- Establish the product iteration rhythm and be responsible for the management of the product iteration cycle, including cooperation communication, project progress, etc
- Work closely with relevant teams to jointly promote the implementation of key cooperation projects, including scheme communication, requirement analysis, and solution customization, etc
- Monitor the key indicators of the product and user feedback, analyze the data and provide suggestions for product improvement and optimization
- Continuously track industry trends and technological developments, maintain a keen insight into the market, and apply it to product strategies and innovations
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 2 years of product work experience. Overseas product work experience is preferred.
- Possessing the capabilities of product planning, requirement analysis and project management, and being able to effectively coordinate the collaboration of multiple teams.
- Outstanding communication and coordination skills, capable of collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including designers, developers, and marketing teams.
- Data-driven thinking, familiar with commonly used analytical tools and data indicators, and capable of making decisions based on data.
- Possessing excellent English communication skills, capable of collaborating with multinational teams and communicating effectively with overseas users.
- Possessing a strong sense of teamwork and self-motivation, capable of working in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment
