Job description

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: SGD $3,000 – $3,500/month

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle daily administrative documents and organize client information

  • Coordinate and manage documentation for import/export customs clearance

  • Organize and maintain company legal/regulatory documents and assist with legal procedures

  • Collect and organize financial data to support the accounting team

  • Manage general office operations, including document filing, visitor reception, and daily support tasks

Requirements:
  • Meticulous, responsible, and proactive in completing tasks

  • Familiar with general office administration and capable of drafting basic administrative documents and reception plans

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Service-oriented with patience, strong coordination, and adaptability

  • Able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership
