A leading company in Singapore seeks an Administrative Coordinator to manage office operations, documentation, and support the accounting team. The ideal candidate is meticulous, proactive, and possesses strong communication skills. Join a dynamic team and contribute to efficient office management.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: SGD $3,000 – $3,500/month
Handle daily administrative documents and organize client information
Coordinate and manage documentation for import/export customs clearance
Organize and maintain company legal/regulatory documents and assist with legal procedures
Collect and organize financial data to support the accounting team
Manage general office operations, including document filing, visitor reception, and daily support tasks
Meticulous, responsible, and proactive in completing tasks
Familiar with general office administration and capable of drafting basic administrative documents and reception plans
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Service-oriented with patience, strong coordination, and adaptability
Able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership
