Job description

Sales Coordinator in showroom and support team members to complete orders for clients.

Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)

CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
  1. Meet and greet walk-in showroom customers, assist with product selection, record sales in ERP systems, and file bank receipts and delivery notes.
  2. Build rapport and maintain good relationships with corporate customers, understand their needs, and provide professional pre-sales and post-sales services to explore further business opportunities.
  3. Handle daily incoming sales inquiries and support sales executives, record new customers who walk in, and inform sales supervisor via a weekly spreadsheet.
  4. Fill out embroidery forms for client embroidery.
  5. Generate sales invoices, quotes, packing lists, and assist in preparing customer orders and packing.
  6. Maintain the display in the showroom.
  7. Check incoming stock, embroidery, and stock transfer.
  8. Regularly update the embroidery spreadsheet.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Essential:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to communicate effectively in one additional language is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
