Sales Coordinator in showroom and support team members to complete orders for clients.
Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Meet and greet walk-in showroom customers, assist with product selection, record sales in ERP systems, and file bank receipts and delivery notes.
- Build rapport and maintain good relationships with corporate customers, understand their needs, and provide professional pre-sales and post-sales services to explore further business opportunities.
- Handle daily incoming sales inquiries and support sales executives, record new customers who walk in, and inform sales supervisor via a weekly spreadsheet.
- Fill out embroidery forms for client embroidery.
- Generate sales invoices, quotes, packing lists, and assist in preparing customer orders and packing.
- Maintain the display in the showroom.
- Check incoming stock, embroidery, and stock transfer.
- Regularly update the embroidery spreadsheet.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to communicate effectively in one additional language is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
