Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide operational and administrative support in nursing administration. This role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance infection control initiatives, nursing operations, and process improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and assist with infection control-related meetings, projects, and events, including preparation of materials and arrangements.

  • Perform administrative tasks such as typing, collating reports, tracking MRSA indicators, and ensuring compliance with initiatives.

  • Support the Patient Care Product Evaluation Committee in product reviews, evaluations, and implementation plans.

  • Oversee equipment deployment projects, including vendor liaison and execution plans.

  • Manage procurement duties and monitor departmental fund utilization in adherence to policies.

  • Identify and implement improvements in administrative processes for nursing operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum degree in any field.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
