Job description

Responsibilities:

• Act as a proactive and trusted financial advisor to the business, identifying and resolving operational challenges.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, providing insightful analysis and commentary.
• Perform month-end close processes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial statements.
• Prepare financial performance reports to track and drive business performance, enabling strategic and operational decisions.
• Take ownership and accountability for the timely delivery of various regional reporting data sets and reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Finance Tech Team leads to accurately report and explain variations in the IT Recovery Model for Technology Infrastructure Services.
• Participate in cross-functional project work to contribute to the strategic agenda.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and operations.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to stakeholders.
• Proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team.
