SUPCON Technology Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Business Partner / Manager to join our team. The person will be responsible for overseeing all financial and commercial aspects of our global accounts.
You will play a crucial role in business partnering with internal management teams, interacting with high-end talent pools, and engaging with global clients' stakeholders. Your expertise will serve as the financial heartbeat of the account, driving financial components to support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze financial data and provide insightful reports to support decision-making by the management team.
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and financial planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and local financial regulations, and manage finance risks.
2. Business Partnering:
- Collaborate with internal management teams to provide financial insights, strategic analysis, and recommendations to drive business growth.
- Engage with global clients' stakeholders to build strong financial relationships and support their financial needs.
- Support with the financial operation set up and for monitoring and analysis purpose.
- Liaise and work with relevant stakeholders i.e. IT to develop in-house ERP system
3. Pricing, Forecasting, and Budgeting:
- Forecast revenue and expenses, track financial performance against budgets, and identify areas for improvement.
- Partner with Account Leaders to formulate accurate estimates and financial projections.
4. Financial Operations:
- Make journal entries in SAP system to generate financial reports.
- Lead month-end financial closing processes, including revenue recognition, payables and receivables, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Review financial/IT processes and suggest improvements for increased efficiency.
- File Singapore local tax per local requirements, including GST, CIT, IIT.
- Finish Singapore local audit and China group audit on time.
5. Cashflow management and bank management
- Manage company cashflow, ensure healthiness of cashflow
- Manage company bank accounts, and banking related matters.
6. Other ad hoc duties from the leader.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting and relevant professional certificates
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Business acumen, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders of the Group at all levels and functions
- Ability to work independently
- As this role will be working mostly with China HQ and SEA country offices, candidate must be able and comfortable to read, write and speak fluently with Mandarin and English.
- Candidates with relevant work experience with China companies and similar industry will have added advantage.
