Job description

Job Responsibilities:

- Leads the Middle Office team to provide post-sales support to the Sales team and assists internal Operations teams especially Policy Administration and Claims team in interacting with Intermediaries and Client HR

- Maintain close working relationship with Sales/Policy Admin/Claims/Compliance/Customer Care Teams and external parties (Intermediaries/Client HR) to ensure seamless flow of relevant information and co-ordination

- Monitor service level achievements for selected clients

- Attend to escalations with ability to mitigate and resolve issues of concern in relation to needs of Client HR and Intermediaries.

- Assist in identifying, simplifying and streamlining processes for operation efficiency

- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

- Degree in any discipline

- At least 4 years of relevant experience in Employee Benefits Operations is preferred

- Knowledge of health insurance products would be an advantage

- Polite, tactful and service minded

- Good communication skills

- Able to work well independently and in teams

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
